Frustrating

I like the games, but every couple of months, the site crashes and puts me back to zero consecutive days played. Each time I was at the max daily credits and although support tries to help, they are not able to restore the amount I would get over the 30 days it takes to build back up again. I just put in another ticket tonight. It almost feels deliberate since I not only was at the top for consecutive days return, but I had also just done well on the daily scratcher when it closed. I plan to delete the app if I dont get a satisfactory response from customer service. The last time this happened was the end of July; previous problem was mid May. Dont waste your time.
